Norah was born and raised in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she completed her medical degree at Alfaisal University, graduating with honors. During her clinical training, she developed a deep interest in neurosurgery and neurosurgical-oncology. She pursued multiple clinical and research initiatives in the field that solidified her passion prior to pursuing residency training. She received a scholarship from King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center to support her neurosurgical training in North America.

Norah’s neurosurgical niche is in neuro-oncology, endoscopic skull base approaches, and gamma knife radiosurgery and is pursuing further training and research projects within those fields.

In her free time, Norah enjoys traveling, drawing, stargazing, and dabbling in astrophotography with her telescope.
