Dr. Anton Fomenko is a fourth-year neurosurgery resident at the University of Manitoba. Born in the USSR, he came to Canada at an early age and received his Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University and his MD from Dalhousie University. He has an interest in vascular and functional neurosurgery, as well as tractographic white-matter reconstruction. When he is not in the hospital, he enjoys a good game of squash, mountain biking, and calisthenics. Currently, Dr. Fomenko is pursuing graduate studies at the University of Toronto.
